Best Western Plus Hotel Universo Rome

We chose to stay at this hotel for its convenient location near the train station and other attractions in Rome. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our stay extra special. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, including gluten-free choices, which we appreciated. The rooftop restaurant provided a beautiful setting to enjoy meals and a stunning view of the Rome skyline at night, making our evenings truly memorable.

Woowww, 🤩 loved the location, super close to the termini for easy transport! the rooms were clean and spacious with amenities. But the breakfast was a bit basic and cold food. Staff friendly, but some can be cold.

I always stay at my favorite place in Rome. At my first visit, the staff kindly helped me print important documents. This place fits me perfectly, with Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, fitness center, flat-screen TV. I am returning for a holiday.

The hotel was conveniently located near the train and metro stations, with plenty of restaurants around, including a Chinese one, and we lucked out with huge connecting family rooms. Most attractions were only a stroll away. The king-sized bed and the hair care products were amazing, and the front desk manager was so helpful. The only downside was the lack of sunlight in our room facing other buildings' walls, but since we were out exploring all day, it didn't bother us much. 🌞

The location was ideal, within walking distance to major attractions and the metro. The staff was extremely helpful, recommending restaurants and giving directions. We enjoyed a delicious and affordable breakfast for just 5 Euros. a low-budget trip with excellent quality accommodations. Highly recommend!

I was kinda surprised by the large size of my room at this hotel. The bathroom and bedroom areas were spacious and comfortable. The hotel's location was very convenient, with easy access to the main train station and a variety of restaurants. The staff were helpful and accommodating, especially when I mentioned my dietary restrictions. I appreciated the daily room cleaning and the availability of a kettle and ironing board. I had a nice and enjoyable stay and would recommend this hotel for its great location and good rooms.
